Past Life Regression sessions take place by phone and are approximately an hour and a half in length.

As I gently guide you into the past using meditative techniques, you will safely and quickly travel in time to experience the past life energies which are influencing your current lifetime.

This knowledge will assist you in releasing lower vibration thoughts, subconscious beliefs and any fears carried over from that lifetime into your current one. You will be able to see what is holding you back from creating and living the best life you can and to achieve your highest potential. Once you see and understand your past life you are able to understand yourself better and to move forward more quickly in this one.

How should I prepare for my session?
Prior to your session please take some time to sit quietly and think about what you most want to get out of your session. Ask yourself “What do I want to know? More importantly, “What do I need to know that will best serve my journey in this incarnation?”

Or, you may already have a specific agenda to explore. Be forewarned, that as with most spiritual practices and encounters, what you need to experience will most times come out as we are not always in control when it comes to our journey. Sometimes what we may think we need to know is entirely different from what we receive so be open and be receptive. I always ask for what is the best outcome for the client’s highest self and for what will offer the most understanding and healing during a session.

When it is time for your session, please get comfortable in your home surroundings where you will have no interruptions. Give yourself as much as an hour and a half to two hours as sessions can run this long.

I prefer you to sit as during the gentle hypnosis technique I use it is easier to fall asleep while lying down. We don’t want you to fall asleep! A throw or sweater on your lap is a good idea as when we deeply relax and our heartbeat slows one often experiences being chilled.
